Clear communication, proactivity, and teamwork **REQUIREMENTS** **Education and Certifications** Technical Course in Occupational Safety (certificate recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education - MEC); Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) **Experience** Minimum 1 year as an Occupational Safety Technician Preferred: Experience in electromechanical, metallurgical, or industrial maintenance industries **Essential Technical Knowledge** Knowledge of regulatory standards: NR\-01, NR\-05, NR\-06, NR\-07, NR\-09, NR\-10, NR\-11, NR\-12, NR\-17, NR\-23, NR\-26, NR 34, NR 35\. Conduct risk analyses for maintenance activities; manage and monitor technical documentation related to SMS. Develop action plans for risk control and elimination. Support operational activities and mitigate damages and risks that may impact processes and workers' occupational health and safety. Support awareness initiatives and compliance with the company's training and awareness program. Inspect, audit, and assist in investigations of abnormal events.
