Daily planning of milestones and progress reporting Remopt is seeking a professional with strong experience in the telecommunications market to manage and supervise field activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the progress of field teams (CIAG, QC, Integration, and Installation) * Manage QC scheduling and coordinate with BRDC * Perform daily management of field teams * Plan MOS, IC, and OA milestones daily * Report progress in the site's databook (FSC GAPS) * Address field problems (materials and integration) * Monitor critical integration cases * Participate in daily project team meetings Requirements: * Mandatory experience in the Telecommunications market * Experience managing field teams and operations * Organized, analytical profile with focus on problem resolution * Completed Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering Benefits Meal allowance: R$42.00/day worked Health insurance Dental insurance Transportation allowance Totalpass
