We seek a professional with strong leadership capabilities, operational vision, and the ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous deployment initiatives while ensuring quality, productivity, and execution excellence. This position will play a strategic role in expanding operations across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and other state capitals nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead FTTH/GPON network deployment and expansion operations; Coordinate internal and outsourced field teams; Manage optical fiber laying, splicing, and connectorization operations; Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and deployment productivity; Develop operational processes and performance indicators; Manage implementation suppliers and partners; Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and project progress; Support nationwide network infrastructure expansion; Collaborate with executive management to define operational priorities and strategies; Ensure compliance with company technical standards and quality requirements; Lead continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives. DESIRED PROFILE Solid experience in telecom operations management; Experience deploying FTTH networks and GPON technologies; Experience coordinating field teams and multi-site operations; Ability to lead operations in an environment of rapid growth; Hands-on profile with strong execution capability and decision-making skills; Strong interpersonal skills with technical teams, suppliers, and executive management; Willingness to travel; Desirable: Experience managing nationwide operations. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE DESIRED FTTH / FTTx networks; GPON and related technologies; Optical fiber laying and splicing; Connectorization and optical infrastructure; Implementation project management; Reading technical drawings and documentation; Operational KPIs and SLA management; Operational management tools and team monitoring. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree completed; Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Project Management, or related fields.
