Job Summary: Professional responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mobile phones, with emphasis on software and hardware, customer service, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer service and organization of tasks **OPEN POSITION** – MOBILE PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN \| TECHNICAL SUPPORT **Location**: Shopping Città América – Barra da Tijuca/RJ **Employment Type**: CLT **Salary**: R$ 1\.700,00 \+ productivity bonus (after probation period) **Benefit**: Transportation Voucher **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** **Fault Diagnosis** \* Identification of faults in devices from various brands (hardware and software) \* Use of technical tools for testing and diagnostics Maintenance and Repairs \* Replacement of screens, batteries, connectors, cameras, speakers, and microphones \* Precise replacement of components \* Internal and external cleaning of devices (including oxidation) **Software Updates** \* Installation and updating of operating systems (Android and iOS) \* Formatting, backup, and data restoration \* Removal of viruses and malware \* Unlocking when legally permitted **Customer Service** \* Technical explanation of faults and repairs \* Assistance in preparing estimates \* Recording of service interactions and focus on customer satisfaction **Inventory and Organization** \* Management of spare parts inventory \* Organization of workbench and tools \* Comprehensive testing before device delivery \* Completion of service orders and technical reports **Essential Requirements** \* Easy access to Barra da Tijuca \* Experience in mobile phone repair or maintenance \* Experience in customer service \* Completed high school education If you are committed, organized, and passionate about technology, this opportunity may be for you. **Interested candidates must send their resumes to:** michelecamposrecrutamentos@gmail.com **Email Subject:** Mobile Phone Repair Technician \| Technical Support.
