Modern work environment with opportunities for professional growth About the Position We are looking for an **Artistic Metalworker** to fabricate large-scale metal structures, sculptures, stage props, and decorative elements for events, thematic decoration, and special projects. We seek a professional who combines **proven metalworking experience with attention to finish**, capable of interpreting technical drawings and transforming them into high-quality, precise, and safe metal structures. Main Responsibilities * Fabricate metal structures for sculptures, stage design, and thematic decoration * Interpret technical drawings for fabrication * Perform cutting, assembly, squaring, and welding of structures * Work with tubes, sheets, angles, flat bars, profiles, and other metallic materials * Perform MIG/MAG and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) * Finish surfaces using sanders, grinders, and hand tools * Fabricate modular structures considering transportation and on-site assembly * Support the fabrication and assembly of sculptures and large stage structures * Perform adjustments and adaptations during fabrication * Assist in installing components for decorative lighting when required * Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop organization * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements * Proven experience in metal fabrication * Experience with MIG/MAG welding * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * Proficiency in cutting, assembling, and squaring metal structures * Experience with grinders, drills, angle grinders, and bench tools * Familiarity with measuring instruments such as tape measures, squares, and calipers * Ability to work precisely and pay close attention to measurements Preferred Qualifications * Experience fabricating structures from metalon (lightweight steel framing) * Knowledge of TIG welding * Experience fabricating large-scale metal sculptures * Experience in stage design or event structures * Experience in Christmas-themed decoration * Experience building parade floats * Knowledge of structures for decorative lighting * Experience in industrial production or serial fabrication Our Ideal Candidate A meticulous professional attentive to finishing details, organized, and committed to work quality.
