Job Summary: The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator – Back End leads mechanical maintenance of equipment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of industrial assets. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operational safety and technical excellence of equipment The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator – Back End is responsible for leading mechanical maintenance activities for Back End equipment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of industrial assets. This role strategically manages technical teams, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement, ensuring operational safety, operational stability, and technical excellence of equipment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for Back End equipment, ensuring asset availability, reliability, and performance; * Lead, develop, and train the mechanical maintenance team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented environment; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations, enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, work permits, and other legal requirements; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, and planned improvements; * Define maintenance priorities jointly with Production and PCM, ensuring execution of preventive plans and effective backlog management; * Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, Physical Availability, Preventive Maintenance Compliance, and Maintenance Costs; * Develop reliability-based maintenance plans (RCM), manage critical assets and spare parts; * Support installation, commissioning, startup, and technical acceptance of new equipment, participating in improvement projects and new investments; * Lead failure analysis using methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa, implementing continuous improvement actions to increase reliability and reduce costs; * Manage third-party service contracts, maintenance budget, and costs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, audits, and legal requirements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance management and leadership of technical teams; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Experience in PCM, TPM, RCM, failure analysis, and maintenance KPI-based management; * Familiarity with ERP maintenance systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **Decorator, Necker, Flanger, Tester, Palletizers, Conveyors, Stretch Wrapper** equipment and automated material handling systems; * Experience in the metal packaging or beverage industry; * Participation in Greenfield projects or industrial startups; * Knowledge of TOTVS; * Lean Six Sigma certification; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
