Ensure that all stages of performed and/or inspected work are carried out with quality, using appropriate tools and equipment, valid inspection methods, and qualified (licensed and certified) personnel; Perform Service Release records in accordance with company-established policies and those stipulated in regulatory authority requirements and current aircraft manuals; Ensure that maintenance and inspection services—and their associated records—are performed in compliance with current aviation regulations; Know, apply, and act as a multiplier of regulations and instructions applicable to one's activities; Participate in the formulation, development, and implementation of administrative and technical procedures related to one's area of activity; Perform other related duties assigned by superiors; Comply with and enforce Occupational Hygiene and Safety Standards; Interpret technical documents related to performed services; Use and maintain personal protective equipment under one's responsibility; Assist in sequencing maintenance tasks on aircraft, their systems, and components, assigning tasks to other team members; Maintain technical publications and maintenance records up-to-date and consistent; Maintain tools and equipment under one's responsibility—and general-use equipment—in good working condition; Record inspections performed on services in appropriate documentation; Guide and supervise personnel under one's supervision regarding maintenance procedures, as well as proper use of materials and tools during service execution; Certify and guarantee service release conditions in compliance with current aviation requirements and publications; Jointly establish corrective actions with performers and/or Engineering for identified discrepancies; Ensure correction of non-conformities arising from internal and external audits, preventing recurrence; Ensure that the operational safety policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels under one's responsibility; Identify and report hazards in operations; Lead the base as directed by leadership/coordination. Perform tasks, tests, and/or troubleshooting of low-, medium-, and high-complexity faults; Collaborate closely with other departments across the company; Comply with and enforce activities planned and scheduled by MCC and Maintenance Planning.
