We are looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team! If you have experience in this field and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance team activities. * Monitor daily tasks and ensure full functionality of equipment and facilities. * Develop preventive maintenance plans and track departmental performance indicators. * Provide technical support to the team and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Manage work orders, deadlines, and resources used. * Interface with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or Maintenance Coordinator. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or building maintenance. * Ability to manage teams and make decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the industrial sector or civil construction. * Training in NR standards (NR-10, NR-35, NR-33). * Certifications in maintenance management. * Driver’s license category B.
