Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of surveillance camera installations, coordinating field operations, and supervising technicians. Technical team supervision **Position Summary:** The Operations Supervisor will monitor surveillance camera installations performed by technicians, ensuring uptime, image quality, daily coordination of field operations, and supervision of technicians. **Key Responsibilities:** * Regional monitoring of installed cameras; * Incident Management \& Dispatch; * Field Team Supervision; * Regional Contract Management; * Report generation; * Preventive maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** * Experience with FSM/ticketing systems and structured incident workflows. * Practical experience in technician dispatch and coordination; * Valid driver's license and availability for frequent regional travel. **Desirable:** * Technical education in electronics, networking, camera systems, or critical infrastructure; * Experience with ERP/WMS or fleet management software; * Familiarity with environments requiring compliance, public safety, or regulatory adherence. **Salary:** R$10\.000,00, plus provision of work equipment \- mobile phone, laptop, PPE, collective protective equipment, and vehicle (with option for candidate’s own vehicle leasing, adding R$2000,00 to the base salary).
