We are looking for a **Maintenance Services Analyst** to join our team of specialists and work in the after-sales department at our Indaiatuba/SP unit. **Main Responsibilities:** The Warranty Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing maintenance activities for large-scale equipment (yellow-line machinery, trucks, excavators, etc.), always striving to maximize asset availability and reliability while reducing operational costs and unplanned downtime. * **Planning:** Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans based on manufacturer manuals and equipment data analysis. * **KPI Management:** Monitor performance using KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), Physical Availability, and Maintenance Cost. * **Failure Analysis (RCA):** Conduct root cause investigations of technical failures to prevent recurrence. * **Technician and Service Coordination:** Supervise inspections, assemblies, and repairs performed by in-house technicians. * **Technical Support:** Assist field teams (mechanics/technicians) in resolving complex issues in hydraulic, electrical, and diesel injection systems, leveraging expertise from Irmen’s internal teams. **Requirements:** * Technical education in a relevant field to perform potential analyses. * Experience in the heavy equipment sector (yellow-line machinery, road construction equipment, trucks, etc.). * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially **Excel** for data analysis) or OEM portals.
