Controls materials, devices, and equipment under their responsibility **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 12x36 \- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 1-hour break. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Performs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. * Stores and controls all materials, devices, and equipment under their responsibility. * Assists in the general preservation of buildings and equipment. * Reports to the Maintenance Skilled Worker and/or other supervisors within the company hierarchy. **Requirements:** * High school diploma preferred. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems. * Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems. * Knowledge of masonry and painting. * Ability to read electrical diagrams is preferred. **Benefits:** Dental assistance, Hazard pay, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
