The role involves collaboration with local communities, fieldwork, and direct contribution to projects integrating biodiversity conservation, climate action, and community development. **Position Summary:** This position aims to translate technical team requirements from forest carbon (REDD\+) projects into operational activities, structuring work plans, processes, and routines. The professional will organize and prioritize activities, monitor execution progress and project status, ensuring visibility regarding deadlines, dependencies, and issues impacting activity implementation. They will also contribute to process standardization and continuous operational improvement. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams, supporting alignment of activities and smooth flow of information necessary for efficient project execution while maintaining the company’s quality standards. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:** * Translate technical team requirements into structured work plans, processes, and operational activities, ensuring their organization, prioritization, and monitoring of project activity execution; * Structure and update work plans, ensuring clarity of activities, deadlines, and responsible parties; * Monitor project progress based on information and updates received from teams; * Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and operational indicators; * Organize and maintain up-to-date project information, ensuring data clarity and consistency; * Contribute to organizing and standardizing operational processes, workflows, and routines; * Identify and monitor operational risks and issues based on project information, highlighting delays and problems in activity execution; * Organize and consolidate project information to support execution monitoring and status reporting; * Serve as the interface point between technical and operational teams, facilitating information flow and activity alignment. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or project implementation, preferably in environmental, socio-environmental, or conservation projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of project management, applying PMI practices to planning, activity monitoring, and deliverable organization; * Experience with activity and project management tools for organizing, prioritizing, and tracking requirements; * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is considered a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in carbon projects, REDD\+, or field-based initiatives in remote contexts; * Spanish language skills. **Skills:** * Clear and concise communication (oral and written) * Attention to detail in organizing and updating information * Management of multiple requests, deadlines, and deliverables * Structuring of technical requirements into work plans and processes * Monitoring of schedules and operational indicators * Analysis of activity progress and identification of issues * Collaborative work between technical and operational teams * Commitment to information quality * Interest in sustainability and socio-environmental projects **Other Requirements:** * Willingness to travel occasionally to various locations across the country, including remote areas with basic facilities; * Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week at the São Paulo office; * Must possess legal authorization to work in Brazil. * *Wildlife Works strongly encourages candidates from Indigenous communities and other ethnic groups to apply for this position.*
