Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and managing maintenance activities, ensuring the updating of plans, failure history, and execution of service orders. Key Highlights: 1. Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling. 2. Management of maintenance software and equipment calibration. 3. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with internal standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify requirements for external human resources, generating requests for third-party service contracts to optimize work execution time; • Schedule weekly predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities; • Schedule planned shutdowns for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; • Ensure updating of maintenance plans, safety plans, work instructions, and equipment failure classifications; • Ensure correct recording of invoices for projects and maintenance; • Request quotations from suppliers for parts, services, and equipment repairs; * Generate managerial reports on maintenance performance indicators; * Issue work permits compatible with the Company's safety standards, as per internal training; * Ensure updating of equipment failure history; * Ensure fulfillment of requests and service orders through management of the software (SIEM), metrological management of production equipment via calibration and certification tracking, maintaining the factory in optimal operating condition; * Comply with occupational safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards described in internal procedures, onboarding instructions, and periodic Integrated Management System trainings. **Minimum Requirements:** • Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Administration; • Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Maintenance Planning; • Intermediate-level office software proficiency; • Basic knowledge of software management.
