Job Summary: Lead the maintenance team by planning and monitoring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities, and controlling maintenance indicators and inventory. Control of maintenance and inventory indicators. \***Maintenance Leader**\* \*SULPLAST \- RIO CLARO/SP\* Temporary Position \- with potential for permanent hiring * ️ Work Mode: On-site ✅ \*Responsibilities:\* Lead teams of Mechanics, Electricians, and Welders; plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities; control maintenance indicators and inventory management. Requirements: Technical High School degree in Mechanical or Electronic fields; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is desirable. Prior experience in this role; knowledge of Mechanical and/or Electrical systems; proficiency in Word and Excel. ERP system user experience is desirable. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
