Job Summary: Mini Excavator Operator responsible for excavation, leveling, and material loading, adhering to safety standards and collaborating with the field team. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and effective communication #### **Responsibilities** * Operate mini excavator safely and efficiently, following company standards and procedures. * Perform excavation, leveling, material loading, and other tasks as required by the project. * Inspect the equipment daily, checking fluid levels, tires, hydraulic system, and other components. * Report any anomalies or maintenance needs of the mini excavator to the immediate supervisor. * Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring the safety of all involved personnel. * Collaborate with the field team to meet established deadlines and goals. * Properly and mandatorily use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating mini excavators. * Valid driver's license category B or higher, with EAR (Remunerated Activity Endorsement). * Certificate from a Mini Excavator Operator course or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery mechanics for problem identification. * Familiarity with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Ability to read and interpret simple excavation plans and drawings. * Availability to work at various locations and schedules, as required by the construction site. #### **Skills** * Mini Excavator Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Workplace Safety * Effective Communication * Teamwork * First Aid ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
