Administration and oversight of servers, switches, and network devices, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as performance analysis and fault prevention.
Configuration, installation, and maintenance of access points, routers, and load balancing solutions (load balancer), ensuring security, coverage, and high availability of network services.
Administration and support for educational systems, including platforms such as Moodle and Mentor, performing updates, maintenance, inconsistency correction, and user support.
Supporting the institutional technological infrastructure, collaborating on continuous improvements, process standardization, and implementation of IT best practices.
Executing backup routines, access control, and supporting information security policies, contributing to the integrity and protection of institutional data.
Preventive and corrective actions for infrastructure incidents, minimizing operational impact and ensuring service continuity.
Technical support and operation of audiovisual and multimedia resources in auditoriums, classrooms, and institutional events, ensuring proper equipment functionality.
