Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement projects Description About the opportunity: We are seeking a professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, production lines, etc.), ensuring the availability, safety, and efficiency of plant assets. **Responsibilities:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, pumps, and gearboxes; Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and, when necessary, electrical failures, identify root causes, and propose solutions; Follow pre-established maintenance plans and respond to shift work orders according to operational priority; Disassemble, replace, assemble, and adjust components and parts (e.g., bearings, shafts, seals, gears); Calibrate and align equipment after interventions to ensure proper performance; Complete work orders, reports, and maintenance check\-lists, recording materials used and intervention times; Collaborate with operations and maintenance engineering teams on continuous improvement projects; Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and organization standards;
