Collaborate on continuous improvement projects **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking a professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines and equipment (pumps, gearboxes, production lines, etc.), ensuring asset availability, safety, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, pumps, and gearboxes; Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and, when necessary, electrical failures; identify root causes and propose solutions; Follow pre-established maintenance plans and respond to shift work orders according to operational priority; Disassemble, replace, reassemble, and adjust components and parts (bearings, shafts, seals, gears, etc.); Calibrate and align equipment after interventions to ensure proper performance; Complete work orders, reports, and maintenance check\-lists, documenting materials used and intervention times; Collaborate with operations and maintenance engineering teams on continuous improvement projects; Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and organization standards;
