Responsibilities and Duties * Manage store operations; * Monitor and drive sales targets; * Lead the sales team; * Conduct training sessions, performance feedback, and interviews; * Manage KPIs and reporting; * Prepare required reports for management; * Participate in internal training programs on luxury handcrafted products to become a PANDORA product expert; * Follow company guidelines, adhering to all policies and procedures to maintain the international standard across our stores.
