Operational support and teamwork ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments, including floors, rooms, hallways, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, staircases, elevators, and glass surfaces. * Collect regular and recyclable waste, properly sorting and containing residues in accordance with local regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, alcohol) in designated areas. * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, adhering to safety procedures and instructions. * Maintain environmental organization and proper use of work materials. * Report abnormalities, material replenishment needs, or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Provide operational support when required, such as light furniture handling, opening facilities, or assisting other departments. * Strictly comply with the company’s and client’s hygiene, safety, and professional conduct protocols. * Maintain a respectful, courteous, and collaborative attitude toward colleagues and facility users. * Perform related tasks according to competencies, as directed by the hierarchical supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Regular attendance and punctuality * Agility and physical stamina * Respect for rules and hierarchy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and strong interpersonal skills ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
