Description
The Fiscal Assistant position is responsible for supporting the company's fiscal activities, including issuing invoices,
verifying taxes, controlling documents, and performing other routine tasks within the department. The professional must possess
basic knowledge of tax legislation and be able to work effectively in a team.
Carry out daily activities as directed by the immediate supervisor, ensuring compliance with deadlines and
internal procedures.
Monitor emails, systems, messages, and phone calls, recording and organizing received requests.
Support administrative and fiscal routines by performing tasks that assist area assistants and analysts.
Register suppliers, products, and services in management systems according to internal instructions and procedures.
Submit electronic invoices issued to group companies, ensuring their validity with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
Record incoming and outgoing invoices in the system, accurately entering information for
control and accounting purposes.
Verify service invoices and electronic transport manifests (CT\-e), checking data and identifying
potential discrepancies.
Generate and verify fiscal movement reports, ensuring consistency of recorded information.
Control and organize physical and digital fiscal documents, maintaining an updated and accessible archive.
Assist in verifying taxes applied to issued and received invoices.
Support preparation of ancillary obligations under guidance, such as SPED Fiscal and EFD Contributions.
Provide support in addressing internal and external requests, forwarding questions and requests to the
responsible person in the department.
Stay informed about fiscal updates and procedures communicated by the team, correctly applying
received instructions.
Perform other fiscal department-related activities as directed and required by the immediate supervisor.
