Create service orders, paying close attention to data entered into the system: customer information, product details (serial number, model, physical condition), complaint description, and observations if necessary. Conduct product testing. Collect payment for services rendered. Close service orders. Contact customers to obtain budget approval, provide information, or clarify doubts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Preferred Qualifications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent Portuguese language skills, both spoken and written.
