Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our **Secure Power** division to perform activities on three-phase UPS systems and related equipment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working directly with our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Provide service for three-phase UPS systems and related equipment (STS, ATS, software, etc.); * Perform on-site services at our customers’ locations, including predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance with component replacement, retrofits, and commissioning; * Conduct equipment assessments and diagnostics using dedicated UPS software; * Use measurement equipment such as Fluke 43B/Fluke 435 and thermal imaging cameras; * Prepare technical reports; * Respond to field technical calls, adhering to SLAs and safety procedures; * Complete and pass specific technical trainings provided by Schneider Electric; * Support senior/lead technicians in more complex activities; * Maintain company tools, measurement instruments, and equipment; * Comply with electrical safety standards, NR\-10, and internal company policies.
