You will be responsible for soft facilities operations and also support events and meetings—from strategic planning through operational execution—ensuring exceptional experiences for internal and external users. As a Facilities Analyst at JLL, you will directly contribute to optimizing resources, maximizing infrastructure ROI, and elevating standards of excellence in corporate services. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- * Serve as the primary point of contact for Soft Services (Soft Facilities) activities, including monitoring operational routines and participating in audits * Strategically manage corporate spaces for events, controlling bookings, scheduling, and optimizing available resources for maximum operational efficiency * Coordinate event preparation and execution in partnership with maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring perfect alignment across all operational aspects * Analyze event and facilities performance data, developing KPIs and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement * Conduct regular preventive inspections, monitor space conditions, and initiate Service Orders as needed * Act as the main interface with requestors, aligning specific event requirements with technical and operational needs * Produce detailed post\-event reports with actionable insights and develop dashboards for real\-time performance visibility **Required Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field * Direct experience managing Facilities scopes focused on Soft Services (e.g., overseeing service providers for routine cleaning, pantry services, etc.) * Solid experience in event management within Facilities environments * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Practical experience with event management software, registration platforms, and facilities management systems * Established expertise in corporate space management and coordination of integrated services * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
