




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing and supporting events, ensuring setup, equipment operation, and participant satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with internal teams and suppliers · Arrange rooms, auditoriums, and outdoor areas according to the layout defined by the client or coordination team. · Set up tables, chairs, stages, booths, and signage. · Test and organize audio, lighting, and audiovisual equipment, engaging the technical team when necessary. · Monitor the schedule and remain available to address immediate requests. · Assist speakers, exhibitors, and organizers in using equipment and materials. · Manage participant entry and exit, supporting reception as requested. · Ensure replenishment of support materials (notepads, pens, bottled water, coffee breaks, promotional items). · Clarify participant inquiries regarding the schedule, room locations, and resort facilities. · Maintain a courteous, attentive, and professional demeanor in all interactions. · Support supplier arrivals (catering, decoration, audiovisual) and supervise setup. · Ensure vendors comply with internal safety standards and agreed deadlines. · Interact with internal departments (A&B, Governance, Maintenance, Security) to adjust operations during events. · Verify availability of equipment (flip charts, microphones, projectors). · Request replenishment of supplies and ensure proper maintenance of departmental assets. · Assist in dismantling and reorganizing spaces, restoring them to readiness for use. · Support collection of feedback from clients and participants.
