Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic **Commercial and Technical Business Development Leader** to drive growth and adoption of ETAP—the Schneider Electric advanced software platform for modeling, simulation, analysis, optimization, and automation of electrical power systems.
This role will focus on expanding market recognition, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring ETAP adoption by engineering firms, utilities, industrial end-users, and EPCs. **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead direct and indirect sales—promote, demonstrate, prescribe, and close deals for ETAP software solutions.
* Identify, develop, and manage key relationships with engineering consultants, industrial customers, and utilities.
* Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery technical teams to deliver customized demonstrations, proofs of concept (PoCs), and proposals.
* Educate internal and external stakeholders on ETAP’s differentiators, use cases, and integration with EcoStruxure and third-party tools.
* Define and execute market-entry strategies, marketing campaigns, and training events in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

**Sales Hunter Profile:**
**We seek a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with:*** Solid knowledge of electrical power systems, digital transformation, and engineering simulation tools.
* Proven experience in solution sales, business development, or customer success within the electrical/energy sector.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage technical and executive (C-level) audiences.
**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Senior-level experience in business development, technical consulting, or solution sales in software or electrical systems.
* Experience with ETAP or similar software (e.g., DIgSILENT, SKM, CYME, PowerFactory).
* Familiarity with utility planning, industrial electrical projects, protection coordination, and grid compliance studies.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
