Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz products and competitors **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **All our positions are inclusive for persons with disabilities (PcD)** * Serve as a sales facilitator by presenting vehicles during purchase or technical delivery, addressing product-related questions, and inspiring customers with the Mercedes\-Benz brand concept and spirit. * Greet customers appropriately, address their technical inquiries, and direct them to sales representatives. * Inspect test drive vehicles to ensure: interior and exterior cleanliness, fuel level, tire condition, absence of unpleasant odors, proper functioning of air conditioning and audio systems, and absence of foreign objects left inside the vehicles. * Conduct test drives with customers along pre-established routes, emphasizing the positive features of the Mercedes\-Benz vehicle and making comparative analyses with competitors when requested. * Verify that the correct vehicle (model, color, and chassis) is prepared according to customer requests prior to technical delivery. If any discrepancies are found, resolve them immediately or promptly notify the responsible person capable of resolution, aiming to avoid customer discomfort. * Ensure the owner's manual and all other documents match the prepared vehicle and are available for delivery. * Perform technical deliveries of vehicles, ensuring presentation complies with Factory standards, including onboard literature, warranty, and maintenance schedules. * Demonstrate basic vehicle operation via dashboard controls and instruments, and indicate the location of the spare tire and vehicle tools. * Inform customers about Technical Assistance contact details, appointment scheduling procedures, workshop service planning, contact phone numbers, email, website, and all advantages and benefits (waiting area, pick-up and drop-off service) associated with scheduling maintenance or addressing any vehicle issues. * Regularly study and stay updated on Mercedes\-Benz products and their direct competitors. **Requirements:** **Technical Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree preferred, computer literacy, relevant work experience, and bilingual proficiency—English preferred. **Behavioral Competencies:** Flexible and assertive communication, concentration, quality-oriented mindset, self-development orientation, and business acumen. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, education allowance, corporate mobile phone, details provided during interview, on-site meals, life insurance, transportation allowance
