Prepare components for equipment assembly. Carry out maintenance, inspect, and test the operation of machinery and equipment. Plan maintenance activities and record technical information. Activities are carried out in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. Supervise maintenance activities, inspect mechanical elements of mechanical drilling, and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on site equipment, following technical guidance from the relevant department and equipment manufacturer, to ensure uninterrupted operation during project execution. Production monitoring service, responsible for supplying and installing critical systems on the machine, which must be executed concurrently with production to avoid halting project progress. Operate machine components to perform maintenance. They possess thorough knowledge of machine operation to carry out maintenance tasks. Conduct periodic inspections and evaluations of wear parts, structural components, and special components of tunnel boring machines (TBMs) to ensure proper operation and guarantee mechanical availability of equipment. Inspections in pressurized environments, including equipment accompanying maneuvers and tasks required to execute those maneuvers. Inspections in atmospheric environments, including equipment accompanying maneuvers and tasks required to execute those maneuvers. Delegate tasks to team members and monitor their execution. Monitor equipment operating hours to proactively identify required maintenance and schedule short-term maintenance activities. Carry out minor repairs on equipment to ensure continued operation and prevent work stoppages during project execution. Perform maintenance on tunnel boring machines (TBMs). Operate specific TBM components and ensure their maintenance and operational readiness. Update activity control documents, providing requested information to management. Locate machine faults, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance. Fabricate or repair defective or replaced parts using tools such as: hydraulic torque wrench, bolt tensioner, hydraulic torque meter, jack, and various wrenches; extensive knowledge of tool usage is essential in all such operations, as they are highly hazardous and rarely used on specialized construction sites. **Candidate Requirements** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
