**POSITION: ELECTRICIAN / TEAM LEADER FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE POWER NETWORK CONSTRUCTION** * NR\-10 (SEP certification is a significant advantage); * NR\-35; * Safety training for power line construction and installation; * Operational leadership course; * Driver's license category B (desirable); * Prior experience in Enel CE contracts is a relevant advantage **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and schedule on-site the optimal method to perform the work, detailing all steps required to execute it safely and efficiently; * Ensure proper organization of materials and equipment; * Receive Work Orders (WO) and guarantee their execution; * Be accountable for all operations performed by the team and all materials used; * Ensure availability and organization of service vehicles in full operational condition, safety equipment, tools, and other necessary equipment for service execution; * Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the team; * Guarantee compliance with company standards and procedures; * Develop daily and weekly activity plans; * Ensure proper return process for field materials; * Maintain good relationships within the team; * Report daily team productivity to the coordinator; * Account for expenses with the coordinator; * Monitor and evaluate team productivity; * Supervise time card completion and report to the coordinator; * Conduct preliminary risk analysis (PRA) jointly with the team; * Notify the coordinator immediately upon identifying any technical and/or behavioral issues within the team that may jeopardize workplace safety or team stability; * Ensure full team participation in the Daily Safety Dialogue (DSD); * Gather the team and verify that all members are physically and psychologically fit to perform assigned tasks; * Inspect the condition of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), and service vehicles, and request replacement when found unfit for use; * Comply with work and occupational safety procedures, safeguarding one’s own safety and health as well as that of others who may be affected by one’s actions or omissions at work; * Perform other duties pertinent and necessary to the position.
