




Job Summary: Ensure control, organization, and updating of technical documentation and construction records, guaranteeing compliance with procedures and the Elevação Management System (SGE). Supporting technical information handling and compliance with the Elevação Management System (SGE) Ensure control, organization, updating, and availability of technical documentation and construction records, as well as monitoring calibration and verification of measurement devices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and guidelines of the Elevação Management System (SGE). Responsibilities: * Monitor calibration and/or verification of measurement and monitoring devices used on site, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements; * Collect, organize, consolidate, and enter field data into electronic spreadsheets and internal systems; * Control, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical execution documentation for construction projects, ensuring traceability, version control, and easy access to information; * Prepare inspection reports for services, quality control records, and other technical documents related to construction activities; * Provide technical information through various media (physical and digital), using internal systems, repositories, and documentation centers; * Support technical information handling, contributing to the organization, dissemination, and appropriate access to records and documents; * Comply with and support implementation of SGE standards, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring process and record compliance. Requirements: * Education \- Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Administration, Documentation, and/or related fields. * Prior experience in this role. * Work Model \- On-site.
