Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities that positively impact organizational processes and outcomes. * Improvement Project Management: Lead the conception, planning, and execution of continuous improvement projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets. * Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. Apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) to diagnose and resolve issues. * Performance Indicator and Results Management: Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed reports on project progress and achieved results, presenting them to senior management. * Training and Development: Deliver training sessions and workshops to equip employees with continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Act as a mentor and thought leader in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * Change Management: Facilitate organizational change management related to implemented improvements. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout proposed changes. * Benchmarking and Best Practices: Conduct benchmarking to identify and adopt industry best practices. Stay updated on trends and innovations in process management and continuous improvement. * Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of improvement initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to promote cohesion and efficiency in projects. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related areas is highly desirable. * Significant experience managing continuous improvement projects, with a proven track record of success in corporate environments. * In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). * ***Lean Six Sigma certification: Minimum Green Belt.*** * ***Agile methodology training/knowledge.*** * Experience with data analysis tools, project management tools, and Agile methodologies. * Familiarity with change management and organizational development practices, risk management, and quality standards (ISO). **WORK LOCATION:** BARRA FUNDA / SÃO PAULO (Hybrid).
