Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Leadership and proactivity in construction site management **Job Objective** Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing on-site construction activities, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the project design, within scheduled timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the construction team (masons, laborers, rebar workers, etc.) * Assign tasks according to the construction schedule * Monitor field execution of works * Interpret project documents (architectural, structural, hydraulic, electrical) * Ensure adherence to established deadlines * Control material usage and prevent waste * Request necessary materials and equipment * Verify quality of completed work * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE, site organization, etc.) * Support the engineer in construction site management * Record incidents and progress (daily log, simple reports) **4\. Requirements** **Education:** * Completed elementary or high school education * Technical course in Building Construction preferred **Experience:** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar role **Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret project documents * Knowledge of construction processes * Occupational safety regulations (NRs) * Team management and productivity control **5\.
