Job Summary: Installs and maintains telecommunications services (telephone, internet, TV) and resolves connection issues by identifying and correcting network faults. Key Highlights: 1. Configuration of connectivity equipment Responsibilities: Install telephone lines, internet (fiber optic, copper), and subscription-based TV at customers' addresses; Perform cable routing, connectorization, equipment mounting, and configuration; Respond to customer service orders related to connection problems, line failures, or signal issues; Identify and correct faults in cables, connectors, splices, service boxes, and other network components; Replace damaged equipment and conduct performance testing.
