Job Summary: A Commercial Representative will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and developing relationships with condominiums to deploy fiber-optic infrastructure, with a focus on achieving targets. Presenting fiber-optic deployment projects **Commercial Representative \- Campinas** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site visits to condominiums for prospecting and portfolio follow-up * Build relationships with condominium managers, property management companies, and responsible parties * Present fiber-optic deployment projects and their benefits * Secure condominium approvals to enable future sales * Record visits and interactions in internal systems to ensure pipeline control * Identify opportunities and risks, and support expansion strategies * Assist in communication initiatives and distribution of informational materials * Meet productivity, coverage, and conversion targets **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) **Experience:** Prior field experience in prospecting, market expansion, external sales, or B2B relationship management **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and record-keeping tools (CRM, digital forms) * Commercial negotiation and outreach techniques **Compensation and Benefits** Base Salary: **R$ 3\.000,00** \+ Performance-based variable compensation up to **R$ 1\.000,00** **(Contingent upon target achievement)** Company-provided vehicle Corporate mobile phone Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM** Meal allowance: **R$ 38,99/day**, averaging **R$ 857,08/month** Transportation allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy benefit BlueFit gym partnership Life insurance Profit-sharing program (PPR) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License Requirement: B
