Job Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain physical and electronic documents in an organized manner; prospect new and inactive clients; provide in-person or remote customer service; collect payments for damages and overdue accounts; receive and log technical support requests; schedule visits by external consultants; manage equipment dispatch and return logistics; issue invoices and leasing contracts; conduct leasing transactions via email and telephone.
