Job Summary: Responsible for operating heavy machinery such as backhoe loaders and wheel loaders, ensuring tasks are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. Maintain the integrity of the machinery and the work environment. **General Description** Responsible for operating heavy machinery, primarily **backhoe loaders** and **wheel loaders**, performing excavation, loading, and material handling—including waste materials. Ensures tasks are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate **backhoe loaders** and **wheel loaders** in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations. * Load and unload trucks. * Maintain machinery integrity by conducting daily inspections and reporting any irregularities. * Complete the pre\-operation checklist and document incidents. * Support field teams in on\-site activities when required. * Properly use PPE and comply with occupational safety regulations. * Keep the workplace organized and safe. * Immediately report any hazardous situations to the supervisor. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Backhoe Loader and Wheel Loader Operator. * Driver's License Class C * Valid heavy equipment operator training course (**up\-to\-date**). * Basic mechanical knowledge to identify simple faults or issues. **Desired Competencies** * Attention to and focus on safety. * Responsibility and commitment. * Effective communication with field teams. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
