Focus on profitability and commercial process optimization **Job Mission** Ensure the profitability and accuracy of commercial proposals by supporting the sales team with critical analysis and developing indicators to support decision-making. **Core Responsibilities** * Support the sales team in preparing and reviewing quotations * Analyze cost composition, pricing, and profit margin * Conduct critical analysis of proposals prior to submission to clients * Monitor commercial indicators and propose improvements * Prepare management reports for performance tracking **Specific Responsibilities** * Assess financial feasibility of negotiations * Suggest strategic adjustments to improve profitability * Build and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards * Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial processes **Job Efficiency Areas** * Contribution margin analysis * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards) * Data and indicator analysis * Organization and control of commercial information **Technical Competencies** * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Knowledge of cost structure and pricing * Understanding of taxes and price composition * Experience with commercial indicators * Experience in distribution companies is desirable (EPI/EPC experience is a plus) **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and critical mindset * Attention to detail * Organization * Proactivity * Clear and concise communication * Sense of responsibility * Result- and profitability-oriented Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
