We seek a professional with a strategic and results-oriented profile, demonstrating the ability to handle challenges and meet targets. Must possess strong communication skills, ease in building interpersonal relationships, and persuasive techniques. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and participate in service bidding processes via electronic platforms; * Conduct active prospecting; * Prepare service proposals, quotations, and formal documentation required in the process; * Maintain and monitor the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records of interactions and achievement of conversion targets; * Perform follow-up on prospects, pending proposals, and opportunities; * Update controls in spreadsheets and documentation in the system; * Monitor performance indicators (sales, conversion, targets) and propose continuous improvement strategies. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in commercial roles (preferably in service sales); * Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets and CRM tools; * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Experience in facilities companies will be considered an advantage; * Experience with electronic quotation platforms will also be considered an advantage. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 \+ Commission * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus Work Location: Vila Mogilar \- Mogi das Cruzes/SP Employment Type: Full-time — CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) and On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus
