We seek a professional with a strategic, results-oriented profile, demonstrating the ability to handle challenges and meet targets. Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship aptitude, and persuasive techniques are required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and participate in service provision tender processes via electronic platforms; * Conduct active prospecting; * Prepare service proposals, quotations, and formal documentation required in the process; * Maintain and monitor the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records of interactions and achievement of conversion targets; * Perform follow-up on leads, ongoing proposals, and opportunities; * Update controls in spreadsheets and documentation in systems; * Monitor performance indicators (sales, conversion, targets) and propose continuous improvement strategies. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in commercial roles (preferably in services sales); * Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets and CRM tools; * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Experience in facilities companies will be considered an advantage; * Experience with electronic quotation platforms will also be considered an advantage. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * Salary: BRL 2,000.00 \+ Commission * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus Work Location: Vila Mogilar \- Mogi das Cruzes/SP Employment Type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) and On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Attendance Bonus
