Train new employees and guide the team The L Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Team Leader with leadership skills and excellent organizational abilities to coordinate and supervise cleaning and maintenance activities across our facilities. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of cleaning tasks, coordinating auxiliary staff, and guaranteeing that all company premises remain consistently immaculate, safe, and well-maintained. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the condominium’s cleaning team * Assign tasks and organize work schedules * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas (lobby, staircases, elevators, parking garages, outdoor areas, party hall, etc.) * Monitor proper use of cleaning products and equipment * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments * Train new employees and guide the team on procedures * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and PPE usage standards * Report incidents and requirements to the building manager or administration **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in cleaning and team leadership * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication ability * Ability to lead and resolve conflicts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in condominiums * Knowledge of facilities management routines * Training courses in cleaning or leadership **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Basket Bonus II.
