Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
Manually verify merchandise and use data collectors for both quantitative and qualitative verification.
Perform container unitization and de-unitization, ensuring accurate verification and integrity of goods.
Follow work orders for loading and unloading operations, as well as documents related to imports.
Receive and dispatch goods using data collectors, ensuring correct flow and storage.
Identify, classify, and report any discrepancies or damages occurring during receiving and dispatch operations.
Assist in the sorting, inspection, and assembly of goods, ensuring compliance with transportation and storage requirements.
Operate pallet jacks when necessary for safe goods transportation.
Label goods according to SKUs, ensuring compliance with receiving and dispatch processes.
Accurately complete shortage, damage, and surplus documentation (TFAA), maintaining precise records.
Actively participate in general stocktaking and inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
Guide third-party teams on cargo unitization and de-unitization, ensuring quality and compliance with internal procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities, as well as proper upkeep of equipment used in the department.
Propose and implement operational process improvements to continuously enhance efficiency and meet company needs.
