Job Summary: Responsible for performing fiber/HFC splicing, fusion, testing, and working on the installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks. Key Highlights: 1. Master project interpretation and use of measurement equipment EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: * Perform splicing and fusion on passive components and fiber/HFC testing to ensure service integrity. Understand processes across all aerial network environments. * Conduct tests to ensure service integrity, with full proficiency in project interpretation and use of measurement equipment—such as OTDR, power meter, etc.—for diagnostics and monitoring in TX environments. * Work on the installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks (fusion-spliced and connectorized), under BBN and FTTX/HFC topologies.
