




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for observing security conditions, controlling access, conducting patrols, and monitoring activities to prevent incidents and protect assets. Monitoring the entry and exit of people and goods * Daily observation of security conditions within the condominium premises via video monitors to prevent or detect thefts, hazardous situations, and other incidents, enabling appropriate action; * Controls vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the company's main entrance by receiving, screening the purpose of visit, and directing individuals to the respective recipients; * Conducts external patrols around the company premises to safeguard assets, paying attention to unfamiliar persons, facility damage, unsafe conditions, open doors, and other factors that may threaten the physical integrity of the condominium and its staff; * Turns lighting equipment or systems on and off at the start of the shift or in case of oversight, and monitors facility opening and closing procedures performed by authorized personnel, ensuring safety conditions; * Monitors personnel movement into the finished goods warehouse as well as loading and unloading of goods carried out by third parties or internal staff, aiming to prevent thefts or other irregularities; * Records all shift-related information in the department’s logbook and the Periodical logbook; Performs other duties related to the position as directed by the supervisor.
