BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: This professional will assist in various building maintenance activities, including hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry work, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform building maintenance on hydraulic and electrical systems 2. Carry out carpentry, metalworking, and masonry work 3. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards Immediate hiring. Willingness to travel. Valid Brazilian driver's license category B; completed high school education; relevant training courses. · Assist the Building Maintenance Technician in the following tasks: o Install and maintain high- or low-pressure piping systems; o Mark installation points for pipes, fittings, and wall/floor openings using marking instruments to guide installation according to design specifications; o Excavate trenches in the ground, guided by key reference points, using manual or mechanical tools; o Install sanitary fixtures, sewage conduits, plumbing fixtures, and other system components; o Maintain installations by replacing or repairing components such as pipes, valves, fittings, appliances, insulating coatings, and others; o Unclog sewage lines and perform preventive maintenance on main sewage networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage systems, applying specialized techniques; o Prepare quantitative estimates of required parts for service execution to facilitate procurement; · Perform maintenance services in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry areas, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment; · Maintain glass surfaces and façades; clean premises and accessories; organize and prepare the worksite; · Construct foundations and masonry structures; apply finishes and screeds. · Perform work in: o carpentry; o metalworking; o plasterboard (drywall); o waterproofing; · Carry out all activities related to building maintenance; · Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. · Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$1.809,67 per month Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
