User support with a focus on technical assistance **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the public transport fleet in real time, ensuring trip compliance and operational regularity; * Administer and maintain up-to-date operational databases, ensuring data reliability and integrity; * Conduct data analyses aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting decision-making; * Provide empathetic and prompt user support, delivering appropriate technical assistance and solutions; * Record service orders and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth passenger transportation system operations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (practical Excel test will be administered); * Aptitude for customer service and public interaction. **Working Hours** * Rotating 6x1 schedule, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, based on pre-scheduled shifts. **Differentiating Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 685.00 per month * Full transportation allowance, with no 6% payroll deductionFestival bonus after 3 years of employmentHealth and dental insuranceEcxCard – pharmacy partnershipTotalPass – gym partnershipAccess to SESC and SEST/SENAT services and benefits **Work Location:** Rua Aquiles Lobo, No. 504, Floresta neighborhood – BH/MG.
