Job Summary: The Billing Assistant supports invoice issuance, document verification, and receivables control, ensuring tax compliance and process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Works with organization and attention to detail The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting invoice issuance processes, document verification, receivables control, and updating financial records. Collaborates with finance, sales, and accounting departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and efficiency in billing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e) and bank slips; * Verify sales orders, contracts, and customer documentation; * Enter data into management systems; * Monitor due dates and assist in customer collections; * Verify tax assessments (ICMS, IPI, ISS, among others) and correctly apply them to invoices; * Archive and organize tax documents; * Provide support to the finance team on billing-related tasks; * Stay updated on relevant tax and fiscal legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Prior experience in billing, NF\-e issuance, and administrative routines; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP); * Organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Unimed health insurance with co-payment upon use * Unimed dental insurance without co-payment * Life insurance * Breakfast * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break \* Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.100,00 per month
