Job Summary: The Billing Assistant supports processes related to invoice issuance, document verification, and receipt control, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Handles electronic invoice (NF-e) and bank bill issuance 2. Verifies tax classifications and applies them correctly on invoices 3. Supports the finance team in billing-related tasks The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting invoice issuance processes, document verification, receipt control, and updating financial records. Works collaboratively with finance, sales, and accounting departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and efficiency in billing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) and bank bills; * Verify sales orders, contracts, and customer documentation; * Enter data into management systems; * Monitor due dates and assist in customer collections; * Verify tax classifications (ICMS, IPI, ISS, etc.) and apply them correctly on invoices; * Archive and organize tax documents; * Support the finance team in billing-related tasks; * Stay updated on relevant tax and fiscal legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (in Administration, Accounting, or related fields); * Prior experience in billing, NF-e issuance, and administrative routines; * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Unimed health insurance with co-payment upon use * Unimed dental insurance without co-payment * Life insurance * Breakfast * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break \* Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.800,00 - R$3.100,00 per month
