Organization and control of materials and tools **Brief Job Description** Assist with installation, maintenance, and testing activities for micro optical fiber systems, supporting technicians and engineers in fulfilling operational requirements and ensuring field operational organization and efficiency. Assist in installing optical fiber cables in aerial, underground, and indoor networks. Prepare materials and tools for field activities. Assist in assembling infrastructure such as cable trays, conduits, and optical fiber cable supports. Perform minor installations and adjustments under technical supervision. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of optical components and systems. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work sites, as well as proper disposal of waste. Provide support for testing and measurement activities by preparing cables, connectors, and equipment for responsible technicians. Assist in identifying simple faults and preparing materials for correction. Perform control and organization of tools and materials required for project execution. Ensure replenishment of materials consumed in the field. Support loading, transportation, and unloading of materials and equipment at job sites. Assist in positioning and installing machinery and tools at the worksite. Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contribute to implementing best practices for safety and organization in the field. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School education. Basic courses in electricity, telecommunications, or optical fiber (preferred). **EXPERIENCE:** Prior experience in technical support roles, preferably in telecommunications or industrial installations. Field experience will be considered an advantage. **KNOWLEDGE:** Basic understanding of structured cabling and optical fiber networks is preferred. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in installations. Basic knowledge of occupational safety (NR-10, NR-35 would be an advantage).
