Job Summary: Support the closing of fiscal transactions, tax calculation, and submission of ancillary obligations, ensuring clients' tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in tax calculation and filing of taxes and ancillary obligations. 2. Perform fiscal bookkeeping and verification of client documents. 3. Support the preparation of tax reports and mailbox inquiries. Support the closing of fiscal transactions for a group of companies to calculate taxes and submit ancillary obligations. 1\. Request required documentation from clients to carry out tasks, tracking pending items; 2\. Perform document verification for clients; 3\. Receive and return client documentation for bookkeeping, as necessary; 4\. Execute fiscal bookkeeping in the computerized system to calculate and issue client taxes; 5\. Be responsible for entering or importing client companies' inventory lists; 6\. Support the issuance of tax payment slips and declarations for primary and ancillary obligations; 7\. Participate in team sectoral meetings; 8\. Support the correction of ancillary obligations; 9\. Support the recalculation of primary obligations; 10\. Support the verification of imported purchases and sales for clients in the PP system; 11\. Assist in preparing tax reports (Value Added Tax, Calculation Spreadsheets, Pending Items Report, Certificates of Tax Regularity); 12\. Prepare billing reports for client companies; 13\. Systematically organize client folders on the server to ensure traceability; 14\. Periodically check client mailboxes at the Federal, State, and Municipal Revenue Offices; 15\. Assist clients with taxation information/parameterization for issuing fiscal documents such as: Electronic Invoice (NF-e), Electronic Service Invoice (NFS-e), and Electronic Consumer Sales Receipt (CF-e), as needed; 16\. Verify receipt of client taxes via Connecta or telephone calls to ensure payment confirmation; 17\. Forward fiscal documentation to the tax assistant for data entry into the system;
