We seek a professional with practical experience, proactivity, and commitment who wishes to grow alongside the company. The professional will directly support the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of climate control systems, always adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities * Assist in installation and maintenance activities of air conditioning systems; * Accompany technicians in the field during repairs and maintenance; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of climate control equipment; * Support component replacement, temperature adjustment, and noise/anomaly checks; * Conduct electrical and mechanical measurements; * Identify and correct minor faults as per technical guidance; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Requirements * Completed high school (technical course in refrigeration or electrical fields preferred); * Minimum 1 year of experience in refrigeration/climate control; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical measurements; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals; * Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance and construction projects is a plus; * Commitment to occupational safety standards. Additional Information * Salary: R$2\.000,00 (subject to review after the probationary period, based on performance and demonstrated experience) Benefits: * Meal Allowance: R$28.00 per day * Transportation Allowance: as needed and according to itinerary * Working Hours: Monday to Friday – from 08:00 to 17:00 Join our team!
